We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect customer choices, or orders that customers no longer wish to keep.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the issue may be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
