Customers must check all applicable laws, import requirements and restrictions before ordering.

Orders may be subject to customs inspections, import charges, delays, refusal of entry or seizure by the relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee clearance through customs, and we cannot override decisions made by border or government authorities.

Responsibility for customs decisions rests with the relevant authorities. Responsibility for losses, charges or delivery failures will be determined by applicable law and the circumstances of the order; this policy does not remove any legal obligations that apply to us.
